Rhode Island School of Design’s Senior Show 2020 Now on View

Senior student work across 16 majors featured in digital publication

PROVIDENCE, RI – Work by students who recently completed undergraduate degrees at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) is now on view at 2020risdsenior.show. Senior Show 2020 invites viewers to experience a range of fine art and design work by students in Apparel Design, Architecture, Ceramics, Film/Animation/Video, Furniture Design, Glass, Graphic Design, Illustration, Industrial Design, Interior Architecture, Jewelry + Metalsmithing, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture and Textiles.

With many undergraduate senior shows canceled or postponed this spring, all members of the class of 2020 were invited to contribute to the Senior Show 2020 digital publication. Viewers will experience images of final work, accompanied by descriptions and other relevant text, along with links to their personal websites and social media accounts. Once campus operations resume, a collective exhibition will be mounted for seniors in departments that had to postpone spring shows. Further details to come.

About Undergraduate Study at RISD
All undergraduate students at RISD take first-year studios in Experimental and Foundation Studies, followed by a major course of study in a specific fine arts or design discipline beginning sophomore year. Rigorous courses in Liberal Arts enrich studio learning.
