Amy Devers

Critic

Amy Devers is a podcaster, Emmy Award-winning television personality, designer, fabricator and educator. 
 
She has earned three college degrees, including an MFA in Furniture Design from RISD, and has spent years as an independent designer/fabricator of furniture, interiors and fine art. Her work has been exhibited internationally in galleries and museums.
 
Devers has also made a name for herself on the small screen, demonstrating her skills and know-how as the host of several television series focused on international design, architecture, original furniture design and build, home improvement, culture and food. 
 
Currently, Devers is creator, executive producer and host of Clever, a long-running podcast that offers a window into the humanity behind the design that shapes our world and culture through candid and revealing conversations with leading creatives across all disciplines.

In conjunction with Wanted Design, she is co-creator, producer and host of Emerging Designers Showcase, a live program that takes place annually during ICFF + Wanted Design and offers a lively and entertaining platform for emerging designers to present their work to a live audience and gain insights from established industry professionals.
 
As an active member of the global design community, Devers travels the world as a guest critic and lecturer at academic institutions, keynote speaker and design juror.
